Administration

Repairs are usually received by special delivery at our PO box address. The repairs are entered on our computer system separately for each customer. This either produces an internal work note or a price estimate.

The work notes are bar-coded through each process to give progress information. The data required is entered at the commencement and If any difficulties are envisaged with a repair we either phone or estimate. Each week we send a repairs statement by post, which contains the estimates, estimates held awaiting proceed and repairs still being worked upon. This allows you to see clearly the progress of items in our care.
